Thanks for your services. You might be interested to know that the Russian priest of the small Russian Orthodox church where we live in Norway does not speak English, but he enthusiastically recommends your radio station.— Thomas from Norway · Dec 2011
Thank you very much for the wonderful music and radio that you are broadcasting. I'm a student, and my study and work require my mind to always be occupied. There is barely time for praying. However, because of the orthodox music that you play, I feel peace in my soul and can pray while I'm doing my job or learning. Thank you and God bless you!— Zdravko · Nov 2011
Thank you for Ancient Faith Radio! I listen to the talk station and podcasts on my commute and morning walks, and my kids (boys, 5 and 2) love listening to the music station in the car (especially on the way to church, and especially after Easter so they can hear "Christ is Risen").— Michael · Nov 2011
Before I joined the Point Loma Nazarene School, I had been searching for an Orthodox college that offers a masters program, particularly in business and law. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one. So, i joined the PLNU and was able to meet a number of Chrisitans from all kinds of denominations. The best part was that when I met my classmate, who happens to be an Orthodox Christian, he told me about Ancient Faith Radio, Project Mexico, and other organizations that are related to the Orthodox faith. AFR has been a blessing to me and my father. We were listening to the Eternal Word Television Network, a Catholic station, but now my father and I spend more time listening to Ancient Faith Radio. The podcasts and the music have also been a blessing to my Ethiopian Orthodox friends and relatives! Thank you for helping bring us closer to the almighty God through Orthodox Christian teachings. May the good Lord bless you!— Sara · Nov 2011
I'm a seeker. I've found myself feeling restless in my Protestant church, wondering if I can go deeper in my daily worship, wondering what came before the Reformation. I stumbled onto the Orthodox Church a couple of years ago, and my soul is rejoicing. Thank you for this site which allows me access to the church at least in part. I am praying that my husband will allow me to one day visit our local church.— Denelle from Tennessee · Nov 2011
I love to listen to AFR during my lunch at school. I find it very calming and refreshing.— Dawn · Oct 2011
Blessed be the name of the Lord Jesus for the work you are doing posting podcasts for us. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing from the Word of God. This is obedience to the Gospel. May the Lord Jesus continue blessing your work.— Paul and Leonor · Oct 2011
Would like to thank you for the varied programmes you do. I am an Anglican based in Leicester in the UK and came across your station last year on the internet. I listen most days to your music podcast whilst preparing lessons for my students early in the morning, and I listen to your teaching podcasts via my mp3 player at other times. One or two of my students have even commented on the calming presence of the worship. The content is excellent, and the programmes are ministering to my spiritual needs. My appreciation for the Orthodox faith has deepened, and I am particularly enjoying the new series by Abbott Tryphon whose wisdom is down to earth and yet very practical. May God continue to bless your ministry. — Ian from Leicester, UK · Sep 2011
I recently came across Ancient Faith Radio by accident, in my search to answer some questions to myself and to defend myself to a friend who was bashing the Orthodox Church. The things that I have learned about Orthodoxy from this site are priceless. It has helped me to grow even closer to the faith and of course to grow even more as a Christian. I cannot thank you enough. I can't get enough of this site. I listen all the time!!!!! All the way from Greece!!!— Maria from Greece · Sep 2011
By way of encouragement, AFR is awesome. I'm a detective, and when I enter notes from a creepy investigation (I work in "crimes against children"; they're ALL creepy), putting music on headphones is a real touchstone for me. I've recommended AFR widely.— Doug from Louisville, Colorado · Sep 2011
I have to say that AFR was one of the primary factors/catalysts for my conversion to Orthodoxy. I'm so glad that I discovered your site and through it the richness of Orthodox spirituality and theology.— Phil from Little Rock, Arkansas · Sep 2011
Praise God for the beautiful sacred music you put on! It is so uplifting. God bless!— William · Aug 2011
I just wanted to thank you all at Ancient Faith Radio for your impressively professional and prayerfully evangelical output. I'm a Dominican friar (in simple vows) from Ireland, and I have few cultural connections with Eastern Orthodoxy, but I greatly appreciate the new insights into the Gospel that your podcasts provide me with. Bail ó Dhia ar an obair (God bless the work)!— Br. Conor from Ireland · Aug 2011
I started searching the web one day for lectures by Fr. Thomas Hopko and that led me to a treasure called Ancient Faith Radio. Since that day eight months ago, I have listened to your podcasts every night on my way to work. They have changed my life.— Zyad · Aug 2011
I am a college student raised in the Roman Catholic faith. I am currently a catechumen preparing to receive chrismation in the OCA. Ancient Faith Radio has been such a guide to me in my studies as I continue on the path toward full communion in the Orthodox Church. I look forward each day to utilizing your recorded podcasts as supplements to the great fullness of what we all receive in the Liturgy. As someone who was first drawn to Orthodoxy by its incomparable music, I'd like to express my deep sense of gratitude to you for providing such rich selections from the music of the Church. Truly, it speaks to the soul!— Ryan from Washington, D.C. · Aug 2011
