On Wednesday, February 18, 2009, His Beatitude, Metropolitan Jonah opened the 2009 spring meeting of the OCA's Metropolitan Council with a retreat titled "The Spiritual Process." In this talk, Metropolitan Jonah discussed the essence of the spiritual journey and how to find inner healing though a life completely surrendered to the will of God.
