The first goal was to Develop Christ-centered, Healthy and Growing Parishes. Delegates assigned to this goal were seated at tables in the Grand Ballroom to discuss each of the objectives. Nov 01, 2011	Plenary II Plenary II started with a reading from Galatians followed by a video reflection by Mat. Juliana Schmemann. The audio portion is heard in this episode. Then, the Chancellor's report was given by the former interim Chancellor Bishop Melchizedek and the new Chancellor Fr. John Jillions. This was followed by questions from the delegates primarily dealing with sexual misconduct and same sex attraction. The Secretary report was given by Fr. Eric Tosi. Fr. John Vitko reported on the Strategic Planning Committee followed by questions from the delegates. Next, Fr. Peter Batkis laid out the nomination procedures for the Metropolitan Council. Fr.
