The opening session of the 16th All American Council of the Orthodox Church in America including the welcome by the local Bishop and organizing committee, Metropolitan Jonah's address, and reflections from the Holy Synod by His Grace Bishop Tikhon, His Grace Bishop Benjamin, His Grace Bishop Mathias, His Grace Bishop Melchizedek, and His Grace Bishop Michael. This was followed by a time of questions from the delegation.
