The Hours

St. Maximus the Confessor said "Unceasing prayer means to have the mind always turned to God with great love, holding alive our hope in Him, having confidence in HIm whatever we are doing and whatever happens to us."

Part of our mission at Ancient Faith Radio is to supplement the daily prayer lives of our listeners with the music and prayers of the Church. Consistent with that mission, we offer you these free audio downloads of an abbreviated version of the Office of the Hours. We have been given permission by the nuns of Holy Myrrhbearers Monastery to record and offer these prayers to our listeners.
